This apple cinnamon smoothie is extremely tasty and healthy. Give it a cook at home and you will feel fresh and energetic in no time.

- 60 millilitres skim milk
- 40 grams low-fat yogurt
- ½ medium apple
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Water (As required)

- Peel and cut the apple into large pieces.
- Add the apple, milk and yogurt in the blender.
- Add the grounded cinnamon to the blended mixture.
- Blend until smooth and there are no chunks of fruit.
- Pour prepared smoothie into a chilled serving glass and sprinkle cinnamon over it.
