BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

This vinaigrette is the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and tangy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  • Combine everything in a blender
  • Blend to a smooth consistency
  • Store in an air-tight container. You can keep it for 2 weeks.

Note: You can also add a pinch of salt to the recipe. In place of mustard seeds, kasundi can also be used.
