This vinaigrette is the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and tangy!
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Combine everything in a blender
- Blend to a smooth consistency
- Store in an air-tight container. You can keep it for 2 weeks.
Note: You can also add a pinch of salt to the recipe. In place of mustard seeds, kasundi can also be used.
